AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Audio content produced through the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. AuraVoice does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the appropriateness of all generated content before use or distribution.

AuraVoice is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated audio or for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in such content.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the text, scripts, voice samples, or other materials you submit to the Service do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity. AuraVoice does not review user-submitted content for intellectual property compliance and shall not be held liable for any infringement claims arising from user submissions.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, generate, distribute, or promote any of the following (strictly prohibited):

  1. Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  3. Deepfake audio, synthetic media designed to deceive, or content that impersonates any individual or entity without clear disclosure.
  4. Content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way.
  5. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any form of automated abuse using the Service.
  6. Reverse engineering, decompiling, reproducing, redistributing, or reselling the Service, its API, or the underlying AI models.
  7. Circumventing any security, rate limit, or access control measures of the Service.
  8. Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable export control regulations or sanctions.
  9. Creating, sharing, or promoting sexual content, sexually explicit content, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) chatbots, audio applications, or any other applications. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

The commercial use of generated audio may be subject to additional terms and applicable third-party licensing agreements. AuraVoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and remove content that we determine violates these prohibitions.
